Dance And Be Fit creates and teaches dance and fitness routines that are fun and easy to do for all ages and abilities.  We conduct classes and events at schools, churches, community centers, YMCAs, senior centers, dance studios as well as outdoor venues.  We provide instruction and choreograph signature dances for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, family reunions, graduations, retirement celebrations, corporate wellness events, etc.  We provide DJ services when requested.  We also develop customized programming to help individuals and groups develop and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
